“Application of Diatomite Particles in Sequencing Batch Reactor for treating Domestic Wastewater for Reusable Purposes” by Mudasir Ahmed Khan and Mohammed Akeef Zia,guided by Dr. Sudevi Basu was awarded Rs. 5000 by Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2020, under their final year best project award scheme.

Kavya H and Juhi Kaushik, 8th Semester students have won 2nd Prize in the Technical Paper Presentation for the paper titled “Adsorption of Synthetic Dye using Waste Peapod as Adsorbent” at Srishti 2016 – State Level Project Exhibition and Competition at CMRIT, Bangalore from 6th to 8th May 2016. The Project is guided by Ms. Sudevi Basu.

COUNCIL FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (KSCST), on 6th March 2020, at ₹6000 and is completed.

“Municipal Wastewater Treatment using Algae”, funded by KARNATAKA STATE COUNCIL FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (KSCST), on 12th March 2015, at ₹6000
and is completed.

Recognized as “NPTEL SUPERSTAR” in July – Dec 2024 for being topper in 3 courses out of 4 courses completed in the semester.
Recognized as “NPTEL MOTIVATED LEARNER” in July – Dec 2024 for consistently completing 8 courses in 4 semesters from Jan 2023 to July 2024.
Awarded the Domain Certification in NPTEL “Faculty Advanced – Domain” in July – Dec 2023 by completing 5 core courses and 2 elective courses in the domain with a total duration of 40 weeks from Jan 2021 to Dec 2023.
