Eligibility for MCA Admission: Passed BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc / B.Com / B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University) Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examinations.
For admissions under PGCET qualification and Roaster system of Government of Karnataka: There shall be Entrance Examination (PGCET) for admission to the MCA programme. A candidate seeking admission to MCA Programme offers in any of the engineering Government quota, ranks obtained in PGCET entrance exam, conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) shall be considered. For admissions under Management Quota: The candidates should have appeared for the Entrance Examination conducted by Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) or appeared any qualifies under any approved entrance examination conducted by authority recognized by Government of Karnataka / VTU. Further, there shall be an Admissions Committee for the MCA Program consisting of the Principal of the College as the Chairman, Head of the concerned Department and one senior staff of the concerned Department.
