TRAINING PROGRAMS:

• 7 PHASE TRAINING FORMULATED & IMPARTED BY TRAINING & PLACEMENT OFFICER

Training & placement officer is imparting 7 phase training formulated by him towards grooming, soft skill development & total personality development of students, followed by a series of mock exercises. This training is imparted at 5th/6th semester level

• CONTRIBUTIONS FROM FRIENDLY COMPANIES IN PREPARING SIR MVIT   STUDENTS “ INDUSTRY READY”

 Experts from 10 friendly companies were invited to deliver useful lectures, conducting workshop, seminars in our college on various technical & soft skill matters.  These included INFOSYS,WIPRO,COGNIZANT,ACCENTURE.KEANE.L&T INFO These efforts were indeed complimentary & supplementary to our continuous efforts towards grooming of our students, to prepare them “Industry ready  &  to make them  a true professional.

WORK SHOP/GUEST LECTURES/SEMINARS ORGANISED FOR GROOMING OF STUDENTS  DURING 2008-09

The basic purpose of the above workshop was to prepare the students industry ready & make them true professional by bridging the gap between academic learning & industry expectations. 

The placement process & grooming exercises go hand in hand----------
