Revised instructions to the candidates who are registering for higher semesters – Submission of undertakings

As per the instructions of the University, the students and their parents have to submit undertakings at the time of registration to higher semesters (registration on 31/07/2012 for B.E., MCA, MBA and 11/08/2012 for M.Tech. course), for not involving in any sort of ragging activities in the campus, hostels and outside the campus.
The formats of the affidavits are uploaded in page. Students are directed to download and submit the same in Rs. 10/- non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by the Oath Commissioner. Students seeking admission to hostels and their parents have to compulsorily submit one more set of undertakings (in original) to the Warden of the concerned hostels, as stated above.
Students who do not submit the undertaking at the time of registration / admission will not be permitted to register for higher semesters, as per the directions of the university.
