using DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING Techniques

  1. Design and development of a miniature programmable hearing aid for hearing impaired.

  2. Design and development of a DSP based system to improve the hearing of hearing impaired persons in noisy surroundings.

  3. Development of a very low bit rate Speech Digitisation System for possible applications in voice over internet .

  4. Development of voice recognition system with limited vocabulary for use in mobile communications

  5. Development of voice operated robots.

  6. Machine diagnostics using signal energy profile.

  7. Piston engine health monitoring using signal identification

  8. Active noise control in automobiles and other industrial environment.

  9. Mobile traffic noise monitoring unit .

  10. Flying vehicle identification using acoustic noise signature.

  11. Detection of signal buried under noise in communication applications and detection of partial discharge characteristics in electrical circuits.

  12. Development of multidimensional speech secrecy systems producing high fidelity effects on audio signals.
