The Department produces Civil Engineers with academic excellence and practical expertise. Well equipped laboratory facilities and library, support the students throughout their course. Apart from the regular teaching activities, the department does Consultancy Work especially in the fields of Concrete Cubes Testing, Highway Materials Testing, Soil Testing and Environmental Engineering and conducts student Advancement Programs . Scholarships  on merit are given to the deserving students every year.
