Registrant shall not post or transmit any material on the Alumni website of SIR MVIT Institutions which is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, defamatory, profane, or violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others or is otherwise objectionable as determined by SIR MVIT Institutions in its sole discretion.

Objectionable Content:
Registrant agrees that use of SIR MVIT Alumni's web site is at registrant's sole risk. The opinions and views expressed by users of the web site or content-providers do not necessarily reflect those of SIR MVIT Institutions. Registrant waives any claim or demand against SIR MVIT Institutions resulting from exposure to material on the web site that is offensive, indecent, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
